Properties and Applications

  • For Cable Materials: DOTP offers high plasticizer efficiency, excellent heat resistance (Especially for temperature-resistant 70 ℃ cable materials), good insulation, low volatility.

  • For PVC Products: Volatilization resistance and excellent compatibility.

  • For Low-Temperature Products: The linear molecular structure of dioctyl terephthalate is similar to that of DOS and DOA. But DOTP has better cold resistance, and it has the capability to impart excellent low-temperature flexibility to the final product.

  • For Precision Instruments: Due to its high lubricity, it can serve as a lubricant or lubricant additive for precision instruments.

  • Other Applications: Due to its good compatibility, DOTP is treated as a plasticizer for acrylonitrile derivatives, polyvinyl butyral (PVB), nitrile rubber, nitrocellulose, etc. With good fluidity and low viscosity, DOTP can find applications in coatings, adhesives, and various other products.

Packages

  • Iron drum, 200KGS/drum or as customer’s request.

Storage and transportation

  • Stored in cool, ventilated and dry place.
  • Store it away from substances like oxidants and acids, and never put them together. Also, make sure you have the right fire-fighting equipment on hand.
