Properties and Application

1. DOP offers high plasticizer efficiency, low volatility, excellent aging resistance (Weather resistance), excellent heat &cold resistance, small migration, resistance to water extraction, UV resistance, and outstanding electrical properties.
2. DOP has very good compatibility with PVC, no oil leakage, no precipitation, good mechanical properties and gelling ability, good saponification resistance, migration resistance, and good electrical resistance.
3. DOP is a general-purpose plasticizer and finds widespread application in many industries, such as cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate, most synthetic resins and industrial rubbers.
4. Dioctyl phthalate is mainly used in the manufacturing of polyvinyl chloride, and also be used in the processing of high polymers such as chemical resin, acetate resin, ABS resin and rubber, and can also be used in paint making, dyes, dispersants, etc. .
