Hand stretch film rolls are shorter and lighter than machine rolls. All sizes and thicknesses offered are available in case quantities. Wrap pallets and achieve a 150% stretch rate with superior load retention and puncture resistance.
The thinner 60 gauge rolls are perfect for wrapping pallets up to 1800 pounds without sharp edges or corners. Because of the lighter material, 2000 ft. are on each roll of 60 gauge, and all of the other thicknesses have 1500 ft. length per roll. The thick 90 gauge hand rolls can withstand sharp edges and corners during wrapping.
All rolls have a three-inch core, standard to fit most stretch wrap dispensers. Using a dispenser with a brake will allow users to reach the maximum stretch rate of the wrap. The increased stretch rate will help with load tension, reduce waste, and lower costs.
